MyIPO hosted the Seminar on Exchange of Best Practices for Enforcement Officials which was organized by European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in Intellectual Property Academy. This seminar is one of the bilateral activities between the EU and South-East Asia under the IP Key SEA Project.
The objectives of this seminar were to raise awareness among customs officials on the main issues related to IP rights, and to promote best practice-sharing in IPR protection and enforcement.
The seminar was attended by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Enforcement Officer from Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumerism (KPDHEP),and Prosecutors from both KPDNKK and Customs.
